My client, an International Tax Recruitment specialist based in Central London, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work on a hot desk in their busy In-House Team. You should have at least 12 months' Recruitment experience OR have Professional Services experience. The most important thing is that you have a passion for recruitment, are able to communicate effectively at a senior level, are committed to providing a quality service and are driven to make money.
The desk will be to recruit Tax professionals into blue chip organisations in the UK as well as European locations. This is a hot desk with a constant flow of roles where an articulate, intelligent candidate will be able to earn significantly.
My client expects their Recruiters to offer a truly consultative approach and in return they can offer an autonomous and mature environment working alongside inspirational directors on a daily basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to move into Legal recruitment or a Legal recruiter who wants to get away from working in an overly target driven, salesy environment.
