My client is a global, leading firm within executive search and are looking for an Analyst to join their Sports, Gaming and Media practice. This practice hosts a trio of specialist verticals. Each independent vertical has experts who collaborate and have cross over in the retrospective markets to create a diverse and interesting environment within the practice.
The role is suited to a professional, commercially minded and enthusiastic individual who will provide research support to a portfolio of live mandates and business development projects. The practice is well established with a strong reputation in its space and is planning for significant growth within Augmented and Virtual Reality. It is a collaborative environment with a diverse team across nationalities, and a focus on developing careers across functions, practices and locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide research support to a portfolio of live mandates and business development projects.
- Assist the team to identify talented individuals for clients by understanding business demands, mapping relevant markets, identifying and approaching people, and assessing fit for particular roles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Support Partners and the team in delivering high-quality search results and project outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 12 months experience within executive search.
- Strong academics, high intellect, tenacity, and effective communication and research skills.
- Commercially minded, enthusiastic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across a dynamic, multi-national team and to develop career opportunities within the business.
