Executive Search – Sports, Media and Entertainment – Senior Associate Location: London Duration: Permanent Reference: RB1008 My client is an established startup that specializes in executive search and consulting within the media, entertainment, and sports sectors. The firm is led by an industry heavyweight with extensive experience in television and top-tier search. As a Senior Associate, you will support the founder on various mandates ranging from Chair, NED, and CEO to senior leaders in key areas such as commercial, financial, creative, human resources, marketing, general management, technology, and digital roles. All mandates are retained, with most in the £200k to £500k range. The client base includes large global, multi-national, private, public, and family-owned businesses, as well as entrepreneurial startups across Media, Sports, and Entertainment. The team works with innovative production companies and dynamic professionals. The ideal candidates are experienced researchers with over 2 years of sector experience, or delivery professionals from executive search backgrounds capable of revenue generation. Contingent recruiters with sector experience and strong billing records, particularly for junior roles (e.g., £100k in a 360 capacity), are also encouraged to apply.
