My client is a global boutique international executive search firm with over 10 offices across the globe. This business is enjoying continued success across all of their practice areas including Professional Services, Technology, Consumer, Private Equity and Consumer. Due to this continued success they are looking for an Associate to join their London office and enjoy exposure to a number of practices.
My client works with some impressive and exciting names across the globe, ranging from international, stock exchange listed corporations and private equity portfolio companies to SMEs and family run businesses. They have expertise in the Technology, Luxury, Consumer Goods, Retail and FMCG markets and receive over 150 search requests a year, 50% of which are international.
This is a great search firm as well as being a very personable bunch they often pitch against some of the top tiers and win. Unlike top tier search firms they do not have a stuffy environment, they have a modern open plan office (when they return to it) which exaggerates their close knit and collegiate environment. Although there is no billing target and a relaxed atmosphere this is a high performance culture.
My client can offer strong remuneration packages as well as a brilliant working environment. Please apply directly or get in touch for more information.
