Responsibilities
- Research underpins everything this business does and a high level of rigour, care and attention to detail is paramount.
- Activities include desk research, networking and headhunting, market mapping, salary benchmarking and insight projects.
- The work is varied and often involves complex challenges requiring creative thinking, broad problem-solving skills and determination.
- The successful candidate should be naturally curious, detail-oriented and able to work at pace.
Qualifications
- An understanding of executive search is beneficial, however a strong interest in the areas of activity and knowledge of the sector is paramount.
- The successful candidate will be supported with an ongoing training programme to help develop expertise in this area and establish a sector specialism.
