My client, a leading boutique executive search firm based in Central London, requires a Partner to lead their Leisure & Hospitality practice. Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamental in the origination and delivery of key assignments as well as the ongoing growth of the Leisure practice.
You will utilise your extensive network of industry sources, identifying and winning mandates for you and your team to complete. You will continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate whilst leading and mentoring the team.
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter who can demonstrate a clear track record of success within executive search. You will have good knowledge and a relevant network of Board and C-level leaders. You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels.
You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities. In return, you will work with industry leaders in an organisation that can provide you with a platform to fulfil the most exciting mandates in the industry. You will work in state of the art offices and be well financially rewarded for your efforts.
