My client, a global, boutique search business based in Central London, requires a Delivery Consultant to join their Financial Technology Practice.
Supporting Consultants and a Partner, you will lead the research and delivery on retained Financial Services Technology mandates. You'll work on complex roles, identifying and attracting the best talent for clients in international locations. You will understand and be proud of the important role research and headhunting plays in the successful completion of mandates.
Average fees £40,000, commission from 20%. Senior Technology or FS recruiters with gravitas that can operate in the complex world of search and Associates frustrated in a slow-moving executive search firm will work well in this environment.
