Overview
My client, a global executive search firm based in Central London, is looking to grow its senior level offering by appointing a Consultant to work in the CDO/CTO space.
You will have considerable experience working in a retained search environment, winning roles at C-suite level with a global remit and ideally leading Associates within Digital and Technology practices. This is an opportunity to develop a new practice area and as such you will report directly into a Partner.
Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the success of the business. On a day to day basis you will continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate, pitch for and win retained mandates and grow your network in a focused and methodical fashion.
Responsibilities
- Operate within a retained search environment, winning C-suite level roles with a global remit.
- Develop and lead a new CDO/CTO practice area, reporting directly to a Partner.
- Understand the competitive landscape of clients, pitch for and win retained mandates, and grow networks in a focused, methodical way.
- Develop, lead and manage top-tier client relationships within executive search; drive growth through business development and origination.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, drive, and a commitment to earning fees; exercise strong leadership and the ability to develop staff; be a dynamic team player in the wider business model.
Qualifications / Experience
- Significant experience in retained executive search, with a track record of winning C-suite roles on a global remit.
- Experience ideally leading Associates within Digital and Technology practices.
- Proven ability to develop, lead and manage top-tier clients; track record of growth through business development and origination.
- Strong self-motivation, leadership skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
