My client, a leading search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their London Technology Officers practice as an Associate. You will have the opportunity to work closely with FTSE100, Global Banks, PE backed Consumer organisations with a worldwide reach - playing an integral part in the delivery of CIO/CDO/CTO roles.
Working within a candidate centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of senior leadership positions. On a day to day basis you will target companies, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter with at least two years' experience working in a high quality retained environment – ideally in Technology. You will have excellent academics, outstanding organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
In return, you will work with industry leaders in an organisation that can provide you with an outstanding opportunity to work with established, high billing partners.
