You will work directly with the firm’s founder to shape its next stage of development. This position offers the chance to build deep client relationships and contribute to the evolution of best practices. Moreover, you’ll have the freedom to apply your own approach while benefiting from a strong existing network.
Your background will be within retained search. Experience in sectors such as Industrials, Life Sciences or related markets is helpful, but not essential. You should feel comfortable generating new opportunities while also nurturing repeat business. Additionally, you’ll enjoy getting involved in the full lifecycle of assignments, supported by an internal research function.
The team is looking for someone who leads by example. A hands-on style, thoughtful communication and a desire to mentor others are all key.
