My client, a boutique executive search firm with international offices requires a Delivery Consultant to join their Financial Services Practice.
- Supporting a Partner, you will lead the research team and execute retained Legal, Risk and Compliance mandates
- In this role, you'll get the opportunity to work with a broad range of Financial Services clients in London and Europe, providing market insight, demonstrating in-depth candidate knowledge as well as ensuring the successful completion of C-level mandates
- A motivated and confident individual, you will have a proven track record of working on senior Financial Services roles
- You will understand the importance of and be able to build lasting relationships at C-level for the purposes of future business development
- You will enjoy helping to prepare and play an active role in pitching for work
- Perhaps you come from a large search firm and are frustrated with the rate of progress, exposure to a process or simply want to work in a highly meritocratic organisation that develops Delivery Consultants into Partners
