I am working with a very credible search and advisory firm who focus exclusively on the Private Equity arena. My client is looking for a Consulting Director to help grow the Strategic Advisory and Headhunting service lines based out of their London office.
As a Consulting Director, you will be responsible for building and sustaining a network of Chairmen and CEOs within a sector (Consumer, TMT, Industrials, Business Services, Healthcare), to find opportunities in pre-deal consulting, corporate finance and headhunting. This is an excellent opportunity and you will be able to leverage some of the existing network and work with some of the best and brightest management teams/investors in the private capital industry.
This business has a very entrepreneurial and innovative culture; they are very relationship orientated and look for people who work collaboratively, flexibly and at pace. Their culture is definitely collaborative and inclusive.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years post-graduate experience in either an executive search environment, project managing and executing end-to-end search assignments or have experience within a consulting capacity. As well as a very strong basic salary c.£150k+, my client can offer an excellent earning potential.
This is a unique opportunity that will suit someone who is tenacious, ambitious, and someone who does not want to be pigeonholed into only executive search.
