My client is an Executive Search boutique, headquartered in London and operating predominantly in continental Europe. This is a non-billing role with high earning potential. You will lead the Consumer vertical and will be responsible for business development, management of major client accounts and the development of clients on a cross-functional, international basis. The client aims to grow its presence and reputation in this vertical and will invest heavily in your training. Team international experience is desirable but not essential.
You should have at least 3 yearsβ experience in recruitment, preferably with a track record of working in a retained environment, as 90% of their business is retained. Language skills are desirable due to market coverage, giving you opportunities to travel across Europe to meet prestigious clients.
