Overview My client is an Executive Search boutique, headquartered in London and operating predominantly in continental Europe.This is a non-billing role with high earning potential. You will lead the Consumer vertical and will be responsible for business development, management of major client accounts and the development of clients on a cross-functional, international basis. The client aims to grow its presence and reputation in this vertical and will invest heavily in your training.Team & Sectors My client has 20 heads, 35% of whom are bilingual, and are looking to grow the business to 35/40 heads in the next 2 years, developing both business functions and hierarchies within the Research Team and the Client Partner team.
