The Schools Practice is a market leader in senior appointments across independent, state, and international schools. The team recruits Heads, Bursars, Development Directors, and other senior leaders, aligning candidates’ values with each school’s ethos to ensure lasting impact.

The Opportunity

Researchers play a central role in identifying and engaging outstanding leaders for senior roles in education.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth market and candidate research.
  • Building detailed candidate profiles and assessing alignment with client needs.
  • Sourcing and engaging with potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Supporting the full search process with accuracy and attention to detail.

A background of at least 12 months in research within recruitment or executive search is required. Experience in the education sector is not essential but a genuine interest in it is key. The job title will reflect experience level.

About You

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:
