I am partnered with one of the most exciting success stories in search. This client is a technology specialist firm who operate across a global remit, 40% focused on VC business, 40% is PE, and 20% is public and corporate. Globally they have grown over to 400 heads in 4 years and are looking to continue this trajectory by growing out their offerings in high growth sectors.
The business has been structured to promote internal and external collaboration; individual success is measured not in revenue generated but by the ability to work with others in the team and client satisfaction.
They are looking for an Associate and Senior Associate to join their Climate Tech practice. This client hires candidates with potential and the right attitude; they are a very entrepreneurial firm, with a friendly culture promoting collaboration between staff, teams and offices globally.
As an Associate, your remit will be working with other team members in the practice to produce quality research and aid in the delivery of mandates. As a Senior Associate, you will have execution responsibilities as well as non-targeted BD expectations. This hire will have a passion for the climate as well as technology. ClimateTech search experience is not required but similar or relatable sector experience will be looked upon favourably; candidates must have at least 6 months of search or contingent experience.
This firm offers one of the most generous remuneration packages in the industry with base salaries up to c.£50k depending on level and previous experience. In addition to a strong base salary, this hire will get paid on a per project basis, which in addition to the base, can add up to a total OTE of £70-90k.
