My client are a young but very well established and successful IT and Transformation recruitment business based in Bristol. This business isn’t your typical IT recruitment business, They are as far away from the boiler-room, volume, KPI driven business you can get. It\’s all about relationships here, consultancy, and being able to have very credible, intelligent conversations with CTOs, CIOs discussing senior-level roles.

This business are 25 heads strong and have a very successful team, last year one of the consultants billed £1.5 million, another did over half a million, this is a mature environment, everyone is experts within their space, 5 people have all just celebrated being there for 5 years so there is a low turnover of staff.

They split the business into a Delivery team and a Sales team and will consider candidates from any sector background for both teams. Split across perm and contract. They have ambitious growth plans and the pandemic hasn’t slowed them down. They have an enviable client list and non-sales people deliver into their managed services accounts which include blue chip companies like Whitbread, Selfridges, M&S, Michael Kors, ASOS, Charlotte Tilbury etc. If you have 1 years recruitment experience from any sector and are looking for a new opportunity, this could be an excellent business to work for.

Responsibilities
