My client, an international boutique search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their London Board practice as an Associate.

My client is mission driven; working with organisations that have a direct and positive impact on societies around the world. Working with NGOs, Charities, Arts and Sports bodies and Further and Higher Education establishments, this is an exciting role for a values led Executive Search professional.

Working within a candidate-centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of Non-Exec and Board Level positions. On a day-to-day basis, you will build relationships with prospective candidates and clients, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Be mentored by exceptional Partners with long and trusted relationships at board level
  • Work broadly across an international client portfolio but will have a particular focus on supporting dynamic organisations with social impact
  • Play an integral part in the delivery of mandates with plenty of exposure and opportunity to learn
  • Quickly demonstrate your client contact skills with a view to utilising those skills in originating business in the longer term

You will have at least two years of experience as a researcher and although this does not have to be within a Board practice, some exposure to Board/NED work would be advantageous.

You will be curious, bright, operate with gravitas and confidence. Demonstrable outstanding organisational skills and the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels are necessary. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.

In return, you will work with industry leaders in an organisation that can provide you with an outstanding opportunity to work with established, high-billing partners. You will work in state-of-the-art offices and be well financially well rewarded for your efforts as well as receive market-leading benefits.
