My client, a boutique global search firm, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their Financial Technology practice as an Associate.
This is a fully remote role supporting a Partner and a Consultant that originate work and need an Associate to support them with candidate identification, outreach, interview and presentation.
Working within a candidate centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of senior Tech & Digital leadership positions across Financial Services.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with a consultant on briefs, long listing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, shortlist presentation, and managing interview processes
- Attending client briefings and shortlist presentations
- Market mapping projects, salary / experience benchmarking exercises, writing market insight reports
You will have the opportunity to work closely with established Financial Services organisations as well as start-up FinTech firms with a worldwide reach. You’ll play an integral part in the delivery of Board & C-level roles.
Qualifications
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter with at least three years of experience working in a retained environment.
You will have a good knowledge of (not specified in the original).
