Associate – Financial Services – Executive Search

My client, a leading search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their London Financial Services practice as an Associate.

Responsibilities

• Work within a candidate centric, executive search environment to support the delivery of senior leadership positions.
• Target companies and continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate.
• Network with industry sources to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Collaborate with Insurance and Consumer Finance organisations with worldwide reach as part of the delivery process.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience working in a retained environment.
• Excellent academics and outstanding organisational skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
