This position with support two Partners with business development, delivery and project execution. This is a client facing role so my client is looking for an experienced hire, ideally with previous experience of working at board level in the Not for Profit, Arts, Culture, Charity, NGO, and broader public sector space, or a passion, or interest in these markets. This is a world-leading firm with a fantastic onboarding and induction programme. The firm can boast incredible levels of talent retention and a genuine track record of promoting large percentages of talent internally. Due to sustained success levels they need to hire an experienced Associate that can help them continue on this growth trajectory. Salary is up to Ā£65k basic, with additional bonuses and an array of benefits that include season tickets loans, generous holiday allowance, group pension scheme, well being programmes, income protection and private medical to name just a few.
