Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum + high OTE. My client, a prestigious executive search firm based in Central London, requires an experienced Associate to work closely with two Consultants in their Asset Management practice.
Responsibilities
- Work within a candidate-centric, retained assignment environment; contribute to the delivery of all assignments.
- Play an integral role in the research team and continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate.
- Identify and approach candidates, presenting exciting mandates in an engaging manner.
- Support consultants in the presentation of short lists.
- Attend client briefs and demonstrate strong market knowledge in the Asset Management sector.
- Collaborate with experienced partners to deliver mandates on a global scale.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years\’ experience as an Associate within Executive Search, with at least two years in Asset Management.
- Dedicated to a career in executive search.
- Excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels; high achiever, self-confident, and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
