My client, an Executive Search and Recruitment Solutions firm based in Central London, requires an Account Manager to partner with an international client, delivering exclusive and retained mandates across Central Europe.
This is a fantastic opportunity for people that want to be well rewarded for their efforts in this growing, commercial organisation.
Responsibilities
- With the support of researchers, you will handle the process from client brief to offer
- You will provide exceptional client and candidate experience whilst developing your Executive Search skills
- You will work on C-1 and Director level opportunities, 75% of which are in Continental Europe with an exciting, high growth global organisation
- You will be a motivated and confident individual with a strong track record of either Senior level contingent recruitment or an ambitious Associate within executive Search
- You will be an exceptional relationship builder, be persuasive and operate with gravitas
- In return, you will work in a meritocratic organisation that has a proven track record of upskilling employees
Qualifications
- Experience in senior level contingent recruitment or as an ambitious Associate within Executive Search
