My client is a London based boutique recruitment business focusing on Accountancy & Finance. They are small but well established with a credible reputation, and operate with three specialist teams delivering permanent and interim briefs across C&I, FS, and NFP/Third sector. The firm has invested in technology including a personality predictive profiler to help qualify candidates quickly. They are entrepreneurial, forward thinking, and offer opportunities for growth within an autonomous yet collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the director in building and growing the interim offering and team.
- Leverage the established client base to develop interim business opportunities.
- Contribute to a high-performance environment with autonomy while collaborating with the team.
- Work towards becoming a career biller or managing an interim team, depending on fit and progression.
Qualifications / Experience
- Interest in growing into an interim leadership role or a career billing path within recruitment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Experience or knowledge in Accountancy & Finance recruitment is desirable; comfortable engaging with roles from transactional level to senior leadership (up to CFO) and a salary range of £25,000–£150,000.
