They are small but well established with a credible reputation, and operate with three specialist teams delivering permanent and interim briefs across C&I, FS, and NFP/Third sector. The firm has invested in technology including a personality predictive profiler to help qualify candidates quickly. Responsibilities Support the director in building and growing the interim offering and team.
Leverage the established client base to develop interim business opportunities.
Contribute to a high-performance environment with autonomy while collaborating with the team.
Work towards becoming a career biller or managing an interim team, depending on fit and progression.
Qualifications / Experience Interest in growing into an interim leadership role or a career billing path within recruitment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Experience or knowledge in Accountancy & Finance recruitment is desirable; comfortable engaging with roles from transactional level to senior leadership (up to CFO) and a salary range of £25,000–£150,000.
