Carl Friedrik is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to help lead the performance of its London retail stores. This role will focus heavily on customer experience, sales leadership, team motivation, and creating a consistently premium in-store experience across both locations. The position suits a highly people-focused retail leader who thrives on the shop floor, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and leads from the front through energy, presence, and strong commercial awareness.

Your responsibilities
- Lead from the front on the shop floor and deliver a premium customer experience.
- Drive sales performance, conversion, AOV, and clientelling activity.
- Motivate, coach, and develop the retail team across both London stores.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards across service, presentation, VM, and store environment.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Support onboarding, training, and day to day team development.
- Work closely with the Head of Retail on store performance, customer insights, and commercial opportunities.
- Support in-store events, activations, and VIP experiences.
- Help ensure smooth day to day store operations and team organisation.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience within premium or luxury retail.
- Strong sales and customer experience focus.
- Experience leading or motivating retail teams.
- Commercial mindset with understanding of KPI-driven retail.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly proactive, organised, and hands-on approach.
- Flexible to work across both central London stores including weekends.
