Inspiring learning. Supporting success. Making every lesson count. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Learning Supervisor to join our team. You will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-prepared learning activities, and support students to stay engaged, focused and making progress.

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise whole classes and deliver set learning activities
  • Maintain accurate registers and provide clear feedback to teachers
  • Support positive behaviour, wellbeing and student engagement
  • Work with students 1:1 or in small groups where needed
  • Assist with implementing support and behaviour plans

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Communicates well with students and staff
  • Is organised, confident and able to use their own initiative
  • Enjoys supporting young people to succeed
  • Has experience working with children or young people
  • Is reliable, positive and calm under pressure

This is a rewarding role where you will help ensure continuity of learning and play a valuable part in students’ success.

Contract Details:

  • Permanent contract
  • 32.5 hours per week
  • Term time only + 2 days
  • 192 working days per year
