Carlaustan Contracts Ltd are a small family run business in Central Scotland, servicing the civils maintenance within the renewable energy sector across the whole of the UK including roads maintenance, drainage, spraying and other civils works, across wind, solar, battery storage and EV chargers. While our yard is based in Central Scotland, our work stretches across the entirety of the UK, and even into Northern Ireland.

As 360 Excavator Operator, you will drive machines ranging in size from 2.5T up to 20T. Applicants must already hold a valid CPCS or NPORS ticket and be able to demonstrate their capability as part of the interview process. Occasional overnight stays will be required.

You will join a small, tight-knit team who enjoy perks such as an overnight Christmas trip, annual Races Day as well as other ad-hoc events. Rate of pay between £18-£20 per hour dependant on experience for 40 hour week, plus overtime rate for additional hours, 30 days holiday (including public holidays), work van provided.
