I'm working with a well-established, multi-industry health and safety consultancy that has been operating successfully for over 10 years. They’re now looking to bring on a Junior Health and Safety Consultant to support their continued growth — a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s early in their career and looking for real hands-on experience, professional development, and long-term progression.
This consultancy works with a wide range of clients, primarily in construction, but also across other industries. As a junior consultant, you’ll support more senior team members on a variety of live projects, learning directly from experienced professionals.
As a Health and Safety Consultant you will be:
- Conducting site inspections and audits
- Supporting with health and safety documentation (RAMS, reports, policies)
- Advising clients on compliance and best practices (with training and supervision)
- Working across different environments and project types
This is a role where you won’t be stuck behind a desk all day every day—you’ll be out on-site, meeting clients, and building your practical knowledge from day one.
As a Health and Safety Consultant you will need:
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- A strong interest in health and safety and a desire to learn and progress
- Great communication skills and the confidence to work with clients
- A full UK driving licence – as you’ll be attending site visits regularly
