Carl Zeiss Vision UK is looking for a driven and ambitious Project Manager / Change professional to play a key role in delivering our UK & Ireland growth strategy as part of #Agenda30 and beyond. This is a high-impact role where you will help shape the local change agenda, leading a portfolio of projects and business change initiatives that support our continued growth. It is a great opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference within a global, forward-thinking organisation.
The role of Project Manager will involve:
- Delivering a portfolio of projects and business change initiatives across the UK & I business
- Defining project scope, deliverables, and success measures
- Building and managing detailed project plans, adapting as priorities evolve
- Coordinating resources, assigning tasks, and managing stakeholders
- Monitoring project performance to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
- Providing clear project updates and reports to senior stakeholders and steering groups
- Supporting enterprise risk management and continuous improvement in project practices
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, including planning, estimation, requirements gathering and PID creation
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Wrike, MS Project, Excel) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and confidence working under pressure
- Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Professional project management certification (e.g. APM)
