No previous industry experience is required; full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities We are recruiting an Area Retail Manager on behalf of our client. In this multi-site leadership role, you will oversee a designated region, driving performance, supporting Branch Managers, and ensuring high standards across all locations. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading, motivating and developing Branch Managers to consistently achieve targets * Participating in daily conference calls to review performance and share updates * Conducting weekly 1-to-1 sessions with team leaders * Carrying out daily site visits across your region * Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Requirements * Full UK Driving Licence * Previous experience as a Regional/Area Manager or similar multi-site leadership role * Demonstrable ability to drive high performance across teams * Strong people management and coaching skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Confident leadership style * Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively * Strong numeracy skills and commercial awareness
