Key Responsibilities
We are recruiting an Area Retail Manager on behalf of our client. In this multi-site leadership role, you will oversee a designated region, driving performance, supporting Branch Managers, and ensuring high standards across all locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing Branch Managers to consistently achieve targets
- Participating in daily conference calls to review performance and share updates
- Conducting weekly 1-to-1 sessions with team leaders
- Carrying out daily site visits across your region
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience as a Regional/Area Manager or similar multi-site leadership role
- Demonstrable ability to drive high performance across teams
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident leadership style
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
- Strong numeracy skills and commercial awareness
