Although this role would suit individuals that have multi-site management experience, we may also consider Store Managers from an assisted sales background.

You will:

  • Manage and motivate sales consultants across the area to drive performance
  • Participate in daily conference calls, motivational skills are a must
  • Conduct weekly 1-2-1’s and deliver coaching
  • Conduct branch visits across the region
  • Maintain good working relationships with key contacts

Must haves:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Area Manager or multi-site experience
  • Excellent at driving high performance through team
  • People management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Strong levels of numeracy and business acumen
