Senior Divisional Manager – Newcastle £75,000 – £95,000 + Car or Car Allowance (OTE £140,000+)

Responsibilities / Main Duties:

• Lead a team of 10 Regional Managers and up to 200 Retail Branch Managers within your division.
• Continuously coach and develop your colleagues across the division.
• Drive a positive effect on increasing conversions, PPU, and reducing losses through effective leadership.
• Promote the highest levels of customer service while maximising team performance.
• Develop a culture of celebrating success and addressing underperformance.
• Reflect the company’s brand, values, and principles in your team as part of their measurable success.
• Ensure the implementation of the company strategy on compliance.
• Review commercial KPIs to identify areas of concern and initiate appropriate plans.
• Report on and account for the performance of the division.
• Ensure consistent performance management and disciplinary actions across all regions.

Provide regular reporting and insights to the Senior Divisional Manager and other senior management members to identify opportunities for business growth.
