Carki is a fast‑growing FinTech startup on a mission to transform the car‑buying experience. As a Customer Success Manager you will act as the first point of contact for customers who have completed an online car finance application but have not yet booked an appointment. Your goal is to guide them through the next steps, answer questions, overcome objections, and book them with one of our experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain the benefits of using Carki in a clear and engaging way
- Book appointments using our online scheduling tools or transfer calls directly where possible
- Collect customer feedback and help resolve issues where needed
- Confirm and reschedule appointments when required
- Occasionally liaise with car dealers to help progress vehicle purchases
Working hours
40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm with two late shifts 11am–8pm. Occasional weekend work with time off in lieu.

- Strong background in sales and customer service
- Confident handling objections and working to targets and KPIs
