The Role

As a Car Finance Expert, you’ll guide customers through every stage of their car buying journey — from securing the right finance to finding the right car. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment where effort, skill, and results are genuinely rewarded.

✅ 39 hours per week, flexible shifts between 8am–8pm (Mon–Fri)

✅ Occasional weekends with time off in lieu or overtime

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong rapport to understand customer needs
• Managing customers through the full car finance journey
• Achieving sales targets and quality KPIs
• Using CRM systems to proactively manage your pipeline
• Delivering an exceptional, compliant, customer-first experience
• Thriving in a performance-driven, target-focused culture

• Strong background in fast-paced, target-driven environments
• Confident handling objections and customer conversations
• Highly organised, motivated, and resilient
• Comfortable using technology and working at pace
• Passionate about disrupting the car finance industry
