We are currently recruiting for experienced Social Workers with a minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience for North Yorkshire social services. This role is a mix of hybrid and office. Positions available for the experienced social workers are Children with Disabilities; Fostering, Assessment and Safeguarding. Offices recruiting are Selby, Richmond, Northallerton, Scarborough Town, Knaresborough.
The social workers are required to work their first 4 weeks in the office, 5 days per week. The working pattern after this 4 weeks will be reviewed. Typically, the social work team work 1 day from home and 4 days between the office and doing family/children visits. Average caseload for each social worker will be around 20-24.
