You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care staff, providing essential support to vulnerable adults, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in care practices.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
