We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an ATM (Approved Training Manager) in Adult Social Care in Wolverhampton. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our care services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care staff, providing essential support to vulnerable adults, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in care practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans.
  • Conducting regular assessments and reviews to ensure the needs of service users are met effectively.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A relevant qualification in social care (e.g., Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent).
  • Experience in adult social care, with a strong understanding of care standards and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with service users and their families.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in IT and record-keeping systems.
