As a Social Worker specializing in Adults Disabilities, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs and preferences of individuals with disabilities.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Providing ongoing support and advocacy to ensure individuals receive appropriate services and resources.
  • Facilitating access to community services, including housing, employment, and social activities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
