Social Worker - Child Protection Team - Wokingham

Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our Child Protection Team. • Conducting assessments of children's needs and risks to inform intervention plans.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working in child protection or safeguarding settings.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
