- Contributing to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with families, foster carers, and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in child protection and family placement services.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
