We are offering an exciting opportunity with a competitive pay rate of £40 per hour on an Umbrella Company basis.

As a Senior Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to determine their needs and eligibility for services.
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and other professionals.
- Providing expert guidance and support to junior social workers and team members.
- Managing a caseload effectively while ensuring compliance with local authority policies and procedures.
- Engaging with external agencies to coordinate services and resources for clients.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e. g., Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in social work, particularly within assessment and intervention settings.
- Strong communication, assessment, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Additional requirements include a valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
