Overview
Cheshire West is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Family Help Team.
This role is vital in providing support and intervention for families in need, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people.
As a Social Worker within our dynamic team, you will work collaboratively with families, community partners, and other agencies to implement effective support plans and promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments of families to identify needs and strengths.
- Developing and implementing intervention plans tailored to individual family situations.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications
