We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Adolescents Team in Surrey, offering a competitive rate of £42 per hour.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to adolescents, ensuring their well-being and development in a challenging environment.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Working collaboratively with families, schools, and external agencies to promote positive outcomes.
- Managing a caseload of adolescents, providing ongoing support and intervention.
- Advocating for the rights and needs of young people, ensuring their voices are heard.

- To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e. g., CQSW, Dip SW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working with adolescents in a social care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people and their families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
