Join Test Valley's Family Help Hub as a Social Worker and play a key role in delivering high-quality, relationship-based support to children and families across Hampshire. In this role, you will:
- Provide direct support to children and families to reduce risk and strengthen family networks
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure coordinated help and timely interventions
- Complete high-quality assessments and plans that reflect the needs and voices of children
- Bring a trauma-informed, restorative approach to practice
- Contribute to a dynamic, supportive, and reflective team environment
What we are looking for:
- SWE-registered Social Worker with experience in children's services or early help settings
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience gained through permanent employment within an English Local Authority Children's Services, in line with DfE agency worker guidance.
- Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work proactively and creatively with families
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes
