- Working closely with multi-agency teams to share information and coordinate services effectively.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficient in assessment and intervention techniques, with a commitment to person-centered practice.
