- Conducting thorough assessments of individuals' needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
- Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate support services.
- Providing expert advice and support to colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding matters.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult safeguarding and social work practice.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
