Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs.
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Providing ongoing support and counseling to clients and their families.
- Facilitating access to community resources and services.
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized degree in Social Work and valid Social Work registration.
- Experience working in mental health settings, with a strong understanding of mental health legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
