We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker specializing in Children and Families to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.

You will lead assessments, develop intervention plans, and ensure the well‑being of vulnerable children while collaborating with various agencies and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing intervention plans tailored to individual family situations.
  • Providing ongoing support and counseling to children and their families.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, healthcare professionals, and law enforcement.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential case records and documentation.
  • Participating in training and supervision of junior staff and interns.
  • The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
  • A recognized social work degree (BSW/MSW) and current registration with the relevant professional body.
  • At least 5 years of experience in social work, with a focus on children and families.
  • Strong knowledge of child welfare legislation, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
