As a Senior Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing supervision and mentorship to junior social workers and support staff.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker status with a relevant degree (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience working with young people in a social work setting.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
